The forged roll requires wear resistance and mechanical
properties depending on the properties of materials
to be rolled and rolling conditions. Therefore selection
of materials, heat treatment conditions and finish
machining and grinding require highly advanced technologies.
With the technology cooperation with Dai-ichi High
Frequency (DHF) Co., Ltd. in Japan, we manufacture
rolls with high hardenability and no reduction of
hardness.
